Coastal saltbush berry and red and black raspberries lift above the spice and cocoa notes. Pretty but with a hint of the dark side. The palate is fresh and has a nice juiciness and deeply concentrated flavours of salty red and purple berries, raspberry bootstraps, sweet spices and a mineral salinity. Mouth-watering\u003cbr\u003eacidity adds length and juiciness, and the surprising present tannins suggest this is capable of much more. A nice example of why Grenache loves sand.
